About Redwall Distillery
Redwall Distillery was founded in 2016 by Farshid Paydar and Ron Raimonde. Their friendship, shared love of whiskey, and passion for creating high-quality artisan spirits led them to create a genuine true grain-to-glass small-batch premium products.
Since its inception, Redwall Distillery has been dedicated to producing high quality spirits using only the finest ingredients. All products are made at their Sedona distillery, ensuring complete control over the production process from start to finish.
At Redwall Distillery, they take pride in their American Single Malt Whiskey, and Sedona Small Batch Bourbon, which are carefully aged for an unparalleled taste experience. They have over eight thousand gallons in inventory, a testament to their commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
Farshid and Ron's passion for their craft is evident in every bottle of Redwall Distillery spirits. They take pleasure in sharing their creations with whiskey enthusiasts and newcomers alike.

Everything in the distillery was designed and organically built slowly over a course of many years by master craftsmen.
The majority of Redwall’s distillery equipment and unique filtration system is custom designed and built by Ron Raimonde head distiller.
